DMCA
In compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (“DMCA”), it is our policy to respond to any infringement
notices and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
If your copyrighted material or if hyperlinks to your copyrighted
material are posted on this website and you want this material removed,
you must provide a written communication that details the information
listed in the following section (please be aware that you will be liable
for any misrepresented information):
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
(if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, you may
provide a representative list).
- Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the
subject of infringing activity) and that access to which is to be
disabled, including the URL of the link where such material may be
found.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the
notice:
- “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the
disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair
use).”
- “I hereby state that the information in this notice is
accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or
authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of
an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly
infringed.”
- Provide the owner's full legal name, mailing address, telephone
number, email address and owner's electronic or physical signature,
or provide evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the
owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Send the infringement notice, with all items completed, by email to
Webmaster of this domain. Failure to send proper DMCA copyright
infringement claim will therefore be ignored. Please allow up to 2 weeks
for a response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties (such
as ISP), will allow us to ignore your request and may result in a
delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.
